What airport should I fly into?

Unfortunately no.

Is there a shuttle that runs from the airport to the venue?

Renting a car or using Uber are great options for airport transportation. If you are staying off-site and need transportation to and from the venue, a car rental is recommended

Is there internet available at the hotel?

Yes internet will be available.

I can't find my livestream link, can you resend it?

The livestream link will be emailed to the email address you provided during purchase. It will be sent out 24 hours before the event starts.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

No. Please purchase your tickets online so we know how many people to feed.

Will I be able to access the livestream after the event?

 Yes livestream links will be active for 6 months after the event.

Can I get a refund?

 All in-person sales are final unless you bought the ticket protection. All livestream ticket sales are final.

Do kids eat free?

 Unfortunately no. This a a venue rule that we must respect.
